German Painting after the 1960s
& collect
What is so 'German' about the art made by German painters and sculptors after the 1960s to now? The major exhibition Deutsche Kunst nach 1960 [German Art since 1960] presents more than 80 works from 1960 to the present by 21 German artists from the holdings of the Essl Collection and explores the answers to this very question.
